 		2763766f85 cargo registry - respect renamed dependencies (#32430) 
rust allows renaming dependencies such as when depending on multiple
versions of the same package. This is not supported by gitea as
discovered in #31500 . This PR tries to address that.

 		df789d962b Add Cargo package registry (#21888) 
This PR implements a [Cargo registry](https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/)
to manage Rust packages. This package type was a little bit more
complicated because Cargo needs an additional Git repository to store
its package index.
